Today we went out into the playground after play to add our money to the coin trail. When we put our money onto the daffodil that was on the ground we got to get our own daffodil to wear. Then Miss Sydow gave us a piece of chalk and we drew a daffodil on the concrete. We had lots of fun drawing our own flowers.
Room 4 children will add information about their learning to this site. Follow and watch what we are doing.

The NED show
He told us we could be a champion and that there is a Champion inside of everyone!
He asked us questions and Jackson got to go up on the stage. He made Jackson a fireworks crown for thinking.
We can buy yoyos at school next week and practise all the tricks we were shown.

Designing lunchboxes
Last term we designed and made litter-free lunchboxes.
First we had to think what our lunchbox would look like and draw a picture - this was our design. Then we got a shoebox and some cardboard to make our design.
Sometimes this was hard, but we had a partner to help so we kept trying.
Look at our designs and litter- free lunchboxes we made.

Making a Change
This week the whole school collected all the rubbish to see if we had made a difference after all our efforts to bring litter free lunches, recycle and reuse things. We had to put the compost straight out because it would get too smelly otherwise.
Most of the pile was recycling.
We are going to keep this up next term - which means we will sustain our efforts.
